Returns and Refunds Policy


1. General Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully.
1.1. We issue refunds for digital products within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. Refund claims, issued after 14 days would be declined.
1.2. Only payments maden with partners payment system (ref. Sponsor Agreement. 3.) are eligible for refund.

2. Virtual Credits (c₦)

2.1 Payment of the Invoice was maden by the Sponsor, referencing valid in-game account data, but in-game account wasn't credited with virtual credits (c₦).
2.2 Payment of the Invoice was maden by the Sponsor, referencing wrong in-game account data.
2.3 Virtual credits (c₦) received by the Sponsor, but not used, until refund termin ends.

3. In-Game Goods

3.1 Eligible for complete refund:
3.1.1. Base-Spawned cars without maden/or inprogress Art-Work.

3.2 Items eligible for partial refund:
3.2.1. Base-Spawned Cars with maden/or inprogress Art-Work.
3.2.2. Rented in-Game Base.
3.2.3. Chest-Box items.
3.2.4. Repaired / Armored respawn of Base-Spawned Cars. In order to process your refund claim, you would be asked to provide bill, issued by partners payment system (ref. Sponsor Agreement. 3.) , for corresponding transaction, as well as your game-account data: Account name, MTA serial and ID of game-server.
